A message dated June 25, 1993, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

"An Act relating to the state's right to appeal in criminal cases;            
relating to sentence appeals; amending Rule 202 of the Alaska
